CLC [씨엘씨 ; crystal clear] is a seven member group that debuted as a quintett [with the two youngest members joining in 2016] in march 2015 under cube entertainment with their first mini album "first love" and title track "pepe".
their fanclub name "cheshire" got revealed in 2016 and was inspired by the groups logo as well as the movie alice in wonderland.
in 2014 they gained attention for their non profit street performances to raise money for children with disabilities.
